My Journey
Before launching Helen of Health, I spent years watching amazing coaches struggle to keep up with the tech side of their businesses. It frustrated me to see brilliant ideas stuck behind broken systems and endless to-dos.
That’s when I decided to step in.
With a Master’s degree in Virtual Reality and a background as a health coach, I’ve built a unique approach that blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of what it means to run a coaching business.
