How It Works & Important Notes:
Prepayment Required:
All packages are prepaid to lock in your spot and ensure we’re ready to dive in when you need help. For 15-hour and 20-hour plans, you can split payments into two biweekly instalments if that works better for you.
Track Your Time:
I track your hours in 6-minute increments and keep you updated if you’re getting close to your limit—no surprises!
Stay Flexible:
Not using all your hours? Up to 10% of unused hours roll over to the next month. Switching to another service? Your hours are paused and saved for later. Need more hours? You can top up starting at 5 hours/month.
Monthly Check-Ins:
Each month, we’ll catch up for a free, on-the-house strategy session to review progress and plan ahead. Need extra calls? You can book them at my regular hourly rate.
No Ad-Hoc Hours:
I don’t do one-off, last-minute requests. If you run out of hours, you can top up to keep everything running smoothly.
